Atreus Interim Management works together with interim managers that have at least ten years of operative experience at the top or second level of management in companies with annual sales of at least Euro 30 million, or as specialists – for example as the head of IT, Controlling, R&D or Production.
Functional and industry expertise, experience in special corporate situations and extensive line management experience are of particular importance for us when selecting our managers.
But personality is just as vital: the ability to understand critical situations and the measures needed to deal with them, strength at the operative implementation level and a doer mentality, strong communication skills, outstanding social competence and what we consider to be the all decisive ability of being able to quickly build networks in an organization.
