Our Name

Atreus – from whom we have our name – was a heroic figure in Greek mythology. The first interim manager in history, Atreus led the kingdom of Mycenae that his nephew entrusted him with while he was at war. After a successful period as representative, Atreus was then finally elected the legitimate king himself. In the Greek language his name means "fearless". And the fact that he convinced Zeus to make the sun move backwards through the sky bears impressive witness to Atreus’ capabilities in difficult projects. The interim managers in the Atreus network are also experienced executives with proven leadership qualities and outstanding references in their specialist fields and management. They combine goal orientation, flexibility and the ability to get things done at the operative level with an unerring focus on the client's interests.
