Our focus at Atreus is directed entirely upon providing lasting solutions. We aim to anchor the strategic and operative transformations in our clients' structures for the long term.

To do so we put our faith in experienced executives. Generally they are "over-qualified" for the task from a traditional point of view, but this enables our Atreus Managers to be a lighthouse figure for the entire enterprise. And as they have already been successful in their career histories and have specifically chosen the interim manager profession, they are totally focused on succeeding with their task and have no interests in personal politics.

We work with total commitment to the issue at hand, often bringing the all important perspective that gets to the heart of the problem with us from outside the company. And we are independent, which means we can break through structures that have become rigid and ineffective over time. For us and our clients this constellation means exactly the reliability and quickness that are necessary in critical transformations. Our remuneration model also shows just how convinced we are of achieving the desired results with our services: As is customary for ordinary managers our remuneration comprises a fixed rate and a contingency fee, wherever appropriate and possible.
