In the last ten years, we have invested more than 100 person-years and more than ten million euros into our Atreus Manager Network – the basis of our business model

Atreus has more than 10,000 interim managers in its delivery network. That means more than 100,000 person-years of experience, top expertise, competence and most of all project implementation power.

All of the managers in our network are subjected to an intense quality check before being accepted. About one quarter of the round 2,000 candidates that we consider every year make it into our network, after we carefully review their professional career, conduct personal assessment interviews and make reference calls. A further 2,000 managers go through a qualification process for the round 700 projects we work on annually.

In all, 3,000 of our managers form the inner circle of Atreus Managers: experts with whom we maintain a regular in-depth interchange on a project basis and in the Atreus Solution Groups beyond the initial acceptance assessments. And of them we know 1,500 in great detail from working together closely on projects.
