Over the last ten years, we have invested more than 100 person-years and over 10 million euros in our Atreus Manager Network – which forms the basis of our business model.

Atreus has over 10,000 interim managers within our delivery network. That’s more than two hundred thousand person-years of experience, top expertise, competence, and above all: implementation power.

All managers who join our network undergo an intensive quality check before being accepted. Of the approximately 2,000 candidates we screen each year, we only accept one in four into our network – after an intensive CV check, personal assessment interviews and taking up references. Another 2,000 managers go through a qualification process each year for the 700 or so projects we work on annually.

In total, around 3,000 of our managers form the inner circle of Atreus Managers: experts with whom we maintain a regular, in-depth exchange of information, both on a project-specific basis and in the Atreus Solution Groups. We also know 1,500 of them extremely well through intensive joint project work.

We have excellent knowledge of a large proportion of our network and can therefore deliver quickly and accurately and ensure that the problem is solved.
