Wolfgang Seng’s focus is on projects and programs in the executive and senior management sector, continuous business improvement, change and process management, as well as project controlling / profit and loss accounting, HR management in IT-projects, reorganization, restructuring and post-merger integration, sales performance and marketing management.

An additional and significant task area is the strategic setup of the manager pool / network that deals with the IT community and the functional solution group IT.
Before joining Atreus, Wolfgang Seng was responsible for the placement of IT freelance experts for seven years. He was head of a team that specialized in hands-on positions, ranging from developer/administrator to architect and project leader level.
