The market for interim management services has continued to grow in 2018, boosted by globalization, digitization and the shortage of skilled workers. As a result, companies are bringing more and more external experts and consultants on board temporarily, now also increasingly in an international context. The Munich-based company Atreus has successfully been meeting these challenges for the past twelve years. With an annual turnover in excess of 40 million euros, Atreus is the market-leading interim management provider in Germany. Today, more than 25 percent of Atreus assignments take place worldwide.
Three years ago, Atreus joined forces with the market-leading and largest international interim management providers to create the globalise Group. The aim was to fill interim mandates such as transformation or restructuring processes at a global level with the same high quality and speed. The founding partners include Valtus in France, Patina Solutions in the USA and Nordic Interim in Scandinavia. The latest addition to the strategic partner network is the Brainpower-BPI Group from Russia with offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg.

With its own offices in Germany, Austria, France, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, UK, USA and five resource partners in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Russia and Singapore (approx. 20 countries in total), globalise serves its customers on all continents – to the same high professional standards everywhere. With almost 250 globalise employees, the group achieved a turnover of 120 million euros in 2017 and draws on a network of over 57,000 managers. globalise currently implements more than 1,000 client projects per year.
