A selection of responsibilities that an Atreus Manager takes on as a PMO Officer project manager:

  • Analyzing the company’s current situation and deriving the strategic plan from it for a project or program, which is often particularly complex due to its internationality
  • Building up a project system with end-to-end time scheduling, rigorously tracking the project and defining suitable project-management methods for the various subprojects
  • Active and integrative change management
  • Compiling a catalog of measures (often with up to 500 individual activities)
  • Uncovering savings potential and realizing the savings
  • Project communication as the most important guarantor of the project’s success
  • Forming and managing a project team with internal (and external) resources
  • Coaching the individual project managers and teams
