He was CFO in mid-sized and multi-billion sales companies in different industries like automotive, healthcare, water management, and chemicals.<\/p><p class=\" zw-cgb fulltext \">He has broad experience in strategic management of companies, financial management, M&amp;A- and transaction projects and in the communication to stakeholders, in growth and transformation periods as well as in restructuring and crisis management.<\/p><p class=\" zw-cgb fulltext \">Dr. Michael Schneider studied business administration where he also holds a PhD.
