Oliver Krebs focuses on programs and projects relating to cost reduction (especially operations and SG&A), operating model optimization, sustainability strategy and the associated transformation of the value chain as well as the interim filling of top management positions.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>

Oliver Krebs began his career as innovation manager in strategic purchasing for a global technology and automotive supplier group.<\/p>

From there he moved to the operations team of a leading strategy consultancy, where he carried out projects worldwide from strategy to execution. As part of this, he gained deep insights into a wide range of industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical, life science, medical technology and chemistry.<\/p>

For the last 5 years, Oliver Krebs has focused on holistic transformation programs for industrial products companies and ESG value chain transformation.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
