Marc Herwick is Vice President Finance<\/strong><\/p>

Marc Herwick is Vice President Finance and a member of the Atreus Executive Board.<\/p>

He gained extensive experience in a variety of key finance roles and as a managing director in global, regional and local functions in the US and Europe. He has in-depth knowledge of international corporations and medium-sized companies in the public and private equity environment.<\/p>

As an interim manager, he has specialised in takeovers, restructurings, change and turnaround management as well as performance management. He also has particular expertise in company valuations, mergers & acquisitions and comprehensive cash management with a focus on integration and compliance.<\/p>

Marc Herwick has gained his more than 20 years of experience in particular through many years of leading teams in matrix environments in multicultural companies. He is also a private lecturer for MBA courses, focussing on the development of students, employees and the coaching of C-level functions.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
