From 2018 to 2023, he served as<br>the technical managing director of the tool brand KNIPEX in Wuppertal.<br><br>Prior to this, he gained over three decades of management and leadership experience in<br>industries such as automation technology, transportation, logistics,<br>telecommunications, and medical technology, including his role as CTO of TE<br>Connectivity, an S&amp;P 500 company. At TE Connectivity, he was responsible for both<br>organic and inorganic growth of the industrial division and successfully led M&amp;A<br>projects.<br><br>Wallenhorst is a member and chairman of numerous advisory boards, including at<br>Wieland Electric GmbH, ELA Container GmbH, and the BCS Group. He began his<br>professional career after studying physics at HARTING, before taking on roles such as<br>CTO at Weidm\u00fcller and Vice President at B.Braun Avitum.
