Thomas Gl\u00e4\u00dfer is Atreus Partner and Head of the Solution Group<\/strong> Infrastructure & Major<\/strong> Projects. His focus of Thomas Gl\u00e4\u00dfer is on programs and projects in the areas of transformation and change processes, organizational development of multi-stakeholder organizations including their realignment, digitalization as well as restructuring and turnaround and the interim and permanent filling of top management positions.<\/strong><\/p>

He is primarily involved in the energy (distribution and transmission system operators, local, regional and national energy suppliers), telecommunications, e-commerce, IT and finance sectors.
Thomas Gl\u00e4\u00dfer has more than 25 years of experience in general management, sales, consulting and strategy development. Prior to joining Atreus, he held management positions both in the corporate environment and at medium-sized and municipal companies. In addition, Thomas Gl\u00e4\u00dfer is a valued member of various advisory and supervisory boards.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
