Silvie Fleischmann is a director at Atreus and part of the Zurich office of Heidrick & Struggles, which is expanding its interim management services in Switzerland.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>

She focuses on optimization, growth, and IT issues for technology driven as well as manufacturing companies. <\/strong><\/p>

Since 2003, she is based in Switzerland and worked as an interim manager as well as a director for a Swiss interim service provider. She has over 20 years of experience in interim management. Previously, she held various management positions in Germany with responsibility for up to 200 employees in project management and sales.
