L\u2019estimation du carnet de commandes et des entr\u00e9es de commandes indique \u00e9galement une stagnation \u00e0 moyen terme, comme le r\u00e9sume l\u2019associ\u00e9 d\u2019Atreus, Dr. Christian Frank. Pour renforcer la r\u00e9sistance des entreprises allemandes, les personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment qu\u2019il faut avant tout des produits et des solutions innovants (73&nbsp;%), le d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e et la formation (57&nbsp;%) ainsi que la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement (42&nbsp;%). Objectif du carve-out&nbsp;: un remaniement du portefeuille dans le domaine des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 combustion. Les t\u00e2ches de Meyering en tant que CRO&nbsp;: assurer la liquidit\u00e9 et le refinancement, la communication interne et la gestion des parties prenantes, ainsi qu\u2019un r\u00f4le d\u2019interm\u00e9diaire entre les employ\u00e9s, la direction et l\u2019ancienne soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re. En l\u2019espace de quatre mois et sous une forte pression, il est parvenu \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me aigu de tr\u00e9sorerie, \u00e0 \u00e9tablir l\u2019expertise de redressement, \u00e0 mettre en place un service de gestion de redressement (TMO) et \u00e0 remplacer le Management by Excel par l\u2019outil de gestion de projet Falcon. Meyering est arriv\u00e9 en tant que CRO (Directeur de la restructuration) et est parti en tant que CTO (Directeur de la transformation). Il dit&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;CTO ou CRO&nbsp;?
