Au d\u00e9but, on nous voit naturellement d\u2019un \u0153il critique, comme dans les mandats d\u2019int\u00e9rim typiques. Il a donc imm\u00e9diatement cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019entretenir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec toutes les parties prenantes \u2014 non seulement avec la direction, mais aussi, par exemple, avec le comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise et toutes les autres personnes ayant un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise. Il a notamment r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier sa propre convention collective d\u2019assainissement contre le syndicat IG Metall. \u00ab&nbsp;Je n\u2019ai pas pu tout imposer, j\u2019aurais aim\u00e9 nous d\u00e9faire encore de vieux sch\u00e9mas&nbsp;\u00bb, admet Kiefer, \u00ab&nbsp;mais il faut respecter les diff\u00e9rents int\u00e9r\u00eats. Kiefer raconte qu\u2019il a beaucoup et tr\u00e8s souvent communiqu\u00e9, organis\u00e9 des r\u00e9unions d\u2019entreprise, \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement clair, mis en lumi\u00e8re les chances et les risques.
