Following the withdrawl of the shareholder and technical managing director, the Chief Operations Officer took over the management of various departments and optimized the implementation of mega projects such as the world’s largest wind farm and various international projects through new assembly structures and detailed KPIs. In addition, new sources of supply were developed, materials were procured and detailed status quo analyses were carried out.
