„EBITDA is often the starting point for a transformation, with people saying that we first need to strengthen EBITDA. However, it is never, or only in very rare cases, the only key figure. EBITDA can be positively influenced by various measures, but that does not necessarily mean that my free cash flow, for example, will then also move in the right direction and to the right order of magnitude.“
