Dr. Frank Hiller

Dr. Frank Hiller has more than 30 years of international experience in industrial and technology companies, including more than two decades in managing director and executive board positions as well as supervisory board mandates. In listed companies, family-owned businesses and companies backed by private equity investors, he has been responsible for phases of growth, transformation and restructuring.

His most recent roles include positions as Chief Executive Officer of BayWa AG and Big Dutchman AG. Previously, he led DEUTZ AG as Chief Executive Officer and served on the Executive Board of the Wiring Systems Division of Leoni AG. Earlier leadership roles at MAN Truck & Bus and ThyssenKrupp underscore his broad experience across international industrial value chains.

His areas of focus are the strategic realignment and transformation of complex organizations, the improvement of operational performance, and the development and implementation of international growth strategies. As an advisor, Dr. Hiller supports executive boards, management teams and owners in sharpening strategic options, effectively implementing demanding change processes, and sustainably increasing enterprise value.
