Dr.-Ing. Ute Fleck is part of Heidrick & Struggles’ Zurich office, building out the On Demand Talent Services offering in Switzerland as well as of Atreus, Heidrick & Struggles On Demand Talent Service arm based in Munich, Germany. She focuses on transformation, growth, and sustainability topics for all technical related practices, supporting first class on demand talent.

Ute Fleck started to gain industrial experience during her PhD at Hoffmann-La Roche in Switzerland. Then she moved into plant construction by joining Linde Cryogenics, first as process engineering learning about the whole span from design, automation, construction to commissioning, and then moving into international sales, covering all continents.

Afterwards she joined Hitachi Zosen Inova as Senior Sales Manager for turnkey Energy from Waste facilities, developing new markets like Australia, and bringing HZI to market leadership in the UK. Thereafter at French competitor CNIM as Head of Sales, implementing Sales Processes and modernizing sales approach. Before joining Atreus, Ute Fleck gained deep insides in thematic investment, ESG, and strategy development in the Infrastructure Asset Management team of Partners Group. She served on different boards and is fluent in German, English & French.
