Continuing his career as the Head of Sales at Atheneum Partners, Josef took on a key role in strategic business development. He founded market DNA, a startup specializing in digitizing market analyses. Following various interim roles, Josef founded and established the Healthcare & Chemicals Practice at COMATCH (later Malt), forging global partnerships with major pharmaceutical corporations and mid-sized companies in the healthcare sector.
