Markus Scheitzach is an advisor at Atreus and Managing Director of the consulting company CONSOLVE GmbH, which he founded. He has more than 25 years of international experience in transformation, restructuring and strategic realignment of global industrial and service companies.

As CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Korian Deutschland AG – the market-leading provider of care services with over 20,000 employees – he was responsible for complex carve-outs, legal unbundling and the simplification of shareholding structures, among other things. Previously, he was Group CFO and member of the Executive Board of the Dräxlmaier Group, one of the leading automotive suppliers with sales of EUR 4.6 billion. There he had global responsibility for finance and purchasing as well as for IT and SAP S/4HANA implementation. More than 15 years in international management positions at OSRAM, including foreign stations in the USA and Malaysia, sharpened his profile in cross-border M&A, integration and the management of global business units in disruptive market environments.

Markus Scheitzach is considered an expert in carve-out, legal separation & divestments, restructuring & value enhancement via effective efficiency programs as well as deal and stakeholder management in complex buying, selling and balancing interests. He combines a strong board perspective with a high level of operational execution power – especially when setting a strategic course where speed and sustainable value creation are crucial. Markus Scheitzach studied business administration in Regensburg and is an alumnus of the IESE Business School.
