
Markus Zahn is a proven expert in digital transformation, new mobility solutions and customer-centric business models.
With over 15 years of experience at the interface between strategy, technology and operational implementation, he supports companies, particularly in the automotive and mobility sectors and related industries, in the development of future-proof solutions. His focus is on the design and management of complex transformation programs, the development of scalable IT organizations and the introduction of new business models – from e-mobility to subscription models and connected services.
As an executive with international project experience, he was responsible for digital strategies and G2M models at global OEMs, developed cross-market CX standards and introduced agile organizational structures. Prior to joining Atreus, he held senior positions at Publicis Sapient, Deloitte Monitor and Horváth – with extensive responsibility for delivery, business development and team leadership in cross-functional and cross-national setups.
