Martin Schulz is Head of the Solution Group Energy and Environment. He focuses on impact-oriented transformation and change management in organizations, trust-based collaboration and personality oriented staffing of interim top-management positions. His main areas of focus include mechanical engineering and plant construction, energy and electrical engineering, chemicals, telecoms and IT.

Martin Schulz can draw on more than 25 years of international leadership responsibility, general management and entrepreneurial experience as well as sales, marketing, consulting and coaching expertise. Before joining Atreus, he held several senior management positions at leading high-tech companies, such as General Manager at Air Liquide Germany and CEO of Carbagas AG.
