Nam Trung Nguyen focuses on the topics of compliance-compliant manufacturing – from investment to process optimization – and organizational development.

In doing so, he has deep expertise in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device environment. Mr. Nguyen has successfully managed projects in the context of investments, process optimization, turnaround, troubleshooting and organizational development for more than ten years. He has repeatedly developed organizations, and implemented numerous customer projects. Prior to joining Atreus, he held leading positions at several agencies for the life science industry.
