Robert Minge’s focus is on specialist and management positions as well as project tasks in the C-level area and the line functions of sales, marketing, purchasing, business development, supply chain, technology development, production, quality, HR, IT and financial control.
Robert has an international academical and business career with well-known technology companies – with around 20 years of experience in SME and intl. corporations. For almost nine years he held various leadership roles within the Webasto Group (Corporate Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management). Previously, he developed a key client of MD Elektronik GmbH for around six years.
In addition, Robert brings practical experience as a business mediator. Further, he is part of the professional startup scene in Berlin, as well as a network member of Münchener Kreis, an organization for digital transformation.
