An Atreus manager supported a global provider of marine transfers for LNG, ammonia and hydrogen in the installation of a gas transfer system ship-to-shore. This included analyzing and optimizing the project team and establishing informal communication channels. The success of the assignment included free and unregulated access to all dikes, the avoidance of escalations and possible misunderstandings, and the achievement of a good basic mood among stakeholders despite a difficult situation.
