Robert is part of the Solution Group Automotive and Mobility and also manages mandates in the industrial/technology segment. He leads interim management assignments worldwide in the form of management functions at C-level or in project management. The approximately 100 mandates that Robert has managed since 2021 have focused on the implementation of demanding management tasks along the value chain (turn-around/restructuring performance & go to market).
In addition, he is committed as an ESG officer to cross-departmental transformation projects in the area of ESG/sustainability within our customers’ corporate organizations.
Robert has an international academical and business career in leading technology companies – with around 20 years of experience in SME and intl. corporations. For almost nine years he held various leadership roles within the Webasto Group (Corporate Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management). Previously, he developed a key client of MD Elektronik GmbH for around six years.
In addition, Robert brings practical experience as a business mediator. Further, he is part of the professional startup scene in Berlin, as well as a network member of Münchener Kreis, an organization for digital transformation.
