We know our managers
Management is too important to leave it up to a computer. Of course we have a data base with several thousand Atreus Managers to expedite our preliminary selection process, but only our Partners can decide which candidates, with their very own individual backgrounds, skills and know-how, are best suited to the applicable mandate. At Atreus, the intensive collaboration with the manager begins well before we even sign a master agreement with the person in question: First of all they have to convince us about their personality and qualifications.
We know what it means to have time restraints
If an interim manager is needed, he is usually needed now. Atreus thinks in days when it comes to advance notice, and not weeks or months. Being able to select and present suitable managers immediately is a standard feature of our service. Instead of waiting for a client to call before we start looking for free capacities or possible candidates, we are always up to date on the status and availability of our managers. The Atreus Managers are in constant contact with us – whether they are currently working on an assignment or not.

Our collaboration with the client does not end when the manager is deployed. On the contrary: We are responsible for our colleague's success. In realizing the goals set for us, we are in continuous contact as to the project status, we offer the opportunity to call on knowledge available within our network and we critically analyze the provisional results and current situations together with the manager and the client. It is not we who decide when our project is completed, but our client.
