Ralf Bechinger focuses on projects and programme management around the topics of digital transformation (especially in the areas of business model innovation & customer centricity), XaaS models, (distressed-) M&A, as well as the interim filling of top management positions.

Ralf began his career in traditional strategy consulting, before moving via solution sales to global key account management for a leading IT multinational, where he spent over 10 years supporting automotive manufacturers with a focus on business model transformation in the areas of financial services and smart transportation.

Ralf then moved to the financial sector, where he took on responsibility in the areas of key account management and as a sales manager. In recent years, Ralf Bechinger has focused on the topics of circular economy within IT and transformation of his clients’ classic business models to “X-as-a-Service models” at one of the world’s largest IT financing companies and at an innovative venture leasing company.
